Print Marketing Ideas
Print marketing can take the form of a variety of different things. For starters, most print marketing campaigns consist of business cards, stationary, letter head, envelopes, direct mailings and much more. What can a print marketing campaign do for a business? Well, for one it can greatly improve the company’s exposure to the public as well as its clientele and customer base. Another example of print marketing is advertising on billboards and in newspapers, especially the Sunday edition of any newspaper in the area of the business’ location.
Let’s say you own and operate a hoagie shop. This hoagie shop is going to need quite a few things printed to be a successful business. Those printed materials include menus, napkins, placemats, business cards and party information packets. A good business should have business cards printed for their clients and prospective clients no matter what the business offers in terms of services.
Let’s say you own a diner. Most diners have placemats at their tables with different advertisements on them, including specials that the diner is running from time to time. Not only is the diner receiving a cut of what it costs a company to advertise on their placemats, they are also getting their own diner noticed by their patrons.
Menus are key to any food service business. Menus are dropped off in people’s mailboxes at random times, are placed in with a person’s food order, and are sitting in a display case for anyone to take when in the restaurant or hoagie shop.
Print marketing is an essential piece of the business puzzle for any type of business out there today. If a company does not have print marketing campaigns they more than likely will have trouble getting the public to notice them.
