The Company Softball Team

A lot of businesses these days field competitive softball teams that play against other businesses similar to their own in city leagues. Not every business has a company softball team but the ones that do need to have a team uniform to wear if they wish to compete in the league they are entering. Most company softball teams have the full uniform for their players to wear and the players on the team must be legitimate employees of the company. They cannot be friends or relatives of the employees but actual employees instead.

Since most companies that participate in company softball leagues need uniforms they will need to find a reputable printing company to make the uniforms for them. The uniforms should include a hat, a jersey, pants, socks, cleats and batting gloves. All of these items can be purchased from a local sporting goods store. But the sporting goods store might not print anything on the uniforms for the company. The company will more than likely have to take the uniforms somewhere else to get the printing work completed. What needs to be printed on the uniforms? That answer is easy; the company name, the company logo, and the nickname of the team (if they have come up with one).

All of this is a great way to market the business, especially if the employees go to restaurants or stores before or after the game wearing their uniform. Also, anyone who attends the games will see the uniforms and what is printed on them.
