Printing Employee Profiles

5 December 2009 181 views No Comment

Employees are the backbone of the professional world these days, no matter what industry the employees are working in or what level of the professional chain they are sitting at within their company. Some companies, to please their employees while also marketing their business, will print up employee profiles to have posted on the company website or handed out in meetings and to the public. This is an excellent way for the company to market itself while also making its employees feel like an important part of the organization, which they are to begin with.

An employee profile would include all of the following, whether it is printed on the company’s website or handed out on paper:

  • The employee’s name
  • The background of the employee while working at their current company
  • The employee’s job description
  • The educational history of the employee
  • Previous work experience related to the employee’s current position with the company
  • Any awards the employee has won as a member of the company
  • A list of organizations related to the employee’s position he or she belongs to outside of work
  • A brief personal biography about the employee’s life outside of work such as husband/wife, children, or hobbies

The employee profiles should all be posted on the company’s website with one specific profile being featured each month or each week, depending on the size of the company. The company logo should be printed on each employee profile, along with a brief company history at the bottom of each one as well.
