Making a Company Presentation to Clients

19 July 2009 209 views No Comment

When your company decides to send you on the road to make a presentation about your company to another company or to your company’s clients you should be prepared to handle absolutely anything that can be thrown your way. This includes forgetting certain materials for the presentation, forgetting your presentation notes, forgetting handouts and much more. Before you pull out of your company’s parking lot you should always double check what you have packed into your car for the presentation against a list that you wrote done when your boss gave you this special assignment.

As tacky as it may sound you should always bring pens, mouse pads, note pads and other office supplies that have your company logo and information on them when you are making a presentation for your company at another company or for your company’s clients. People love free gifts, especially ones that they can use at home or at work, when they have to sit through a lenghty presentation. Also, make sure you have enough to go around for everyone in attendance.

When making a company presentation it also wouldn’t hurt to wear that golf shirt that has your company name and logo printed on the front of it. I know this sounds tacky too but most people will read what is on your shirt over and over during the presentation, ingraining the information in their mind once the presentation is complete. When they need to think of your company’s name, or what your company offers, or your company’s phone number they will be able to do so without a problem.
