Posterboard Presentations
Depending on the nature of the company you work at, some presentations made to higher ups can be done on posterboard. For example, if you work at a company that employs about five to ten people then you might be able to get away with making a presentation to your boss, who might actually be your best friend, on some posterboard. There is a way to spruce up posterboard material for making a company presentation.
One of the best ways to spruce up your posterboard for a presentation would be to leave no piece of the posterboard uncovered. So, if the posterboard is a blue color, do not let the boss see any of the color blue when making the presentation. Put as much information on the posterboard as possible to cover the entire board. This will not only prove to your higher ups that you worked your butt off on this project but that you also know what it takes to make a presentation.
The posterboard should contain at least two to three charts or graphs about company stats or demographics of the company’s clientele or customer base. This will also spruce up the posterboard and impress your boss. Don’t forget a couple of pictures here and there to ease the pain of staring at charts and graphs the entire time. For instance, if your presentation deals with a new product being sold by the company then you should print out a nice picture of the new product and apply it to the posterboard.
